I won't even eat escargot. The idea just disgusts me.

Quail tastes like gamey chicken. They are both birds, so I suppose that makes sense.

Mmmm...I want to try cooking cornish hens. I make great roast chicken, so I should be able to pull it off.

You all can come over for my victory dinner. I won, damnit!

And I love cornish game hens. They are so cute and yummy. Especially with apricot jam. O.o Yup.

They are pretty good, but greasy and more bone to flesh ratio in my opinion....i'd rather just cook the chicken

Rabbit...
My grandmother told me we were having chicken...
Half way through (talking amongst adults) she said "mr.X" hunted and cleaned this rabbit himself...
When I said, I thought this was chicken...
Her reply "No hon, it's rabbit"...
I said it taste like chicken anyway...
BTW I was 8...

I would never willingly eat a cuddly creature or one defined as cute... But Cornish hens are fair game...

There is a big debate in China now if they should continue to eat dogs. Interesting how cultural context affects what we think is edible. Cows, chickens and fish are fine, but other animals, not so much.
