Nope, just Albertans. No one from the COTU (aka Toronto) would EVER be seen with truck balls, let alone a hairy chest that hadn't already been shaved.

And we aren't that cold this year either. We had a few days of minus 30, but this week it's right around 0, and it has been for most of the winter (that's 32F for you lopsided Fahrenheit users)
