He gets his panties in a wad over something, anything, and when he does he takes it out on someone, anyone... Seems we each have our week to get ****ted on by him, he's just a mentally unstable jerk. I know, I know... I should just quit!
JB - My goal is to be a SAHM. I don't know if I just really hate my boss because he's a class A jerk, or I just hate being here all the way around. I do stay positive and focus on my tasks. I've always gotten excellent annual reviews, so I know that they think I'm doing a good job. I'd really hate to put the efforts into finding another job when I don't know if it's really just starting to get to me that I can't be home with my children while they are still very young. Worse case scenario, I have to be here another 2 years... BUT can I hang on? I don't know anymore.
The boss gets on these trips where he picks one person to **** on for a week, and lucky me, it's my week apparently.

Ahhh... Made it through. It's been a very long week, I guess having the boss in a bad mood was soooooo not what I needed. I really thought he'd be out today, and he could only attack me via email. That would've been a little more manageable. Anyway, I did end up losing my cool with him somewhat, but it came at the perfect time. I feel better now, besides my weekend has begun . just remember, in tennessee, only if you can show they are wrong do you get unemployment for being fired.
I know. It's a long story. I don't really want to get fired, I enjoy what I do, I just don't like my immediate boss... I work with others primarily, but he gets on a power trip from time to time and it's a very difficult working environment when he is like that. It's not a secret, I could probably quit and qualify for unemployment. We've had people get termed or they quit... He always comes up as the primary reason. Go figure.
