I scrolled up to check yours when I saw someone else say you tried monkey as I`ve never had it.
But the Armadillo Possum AND raccoon are not at all something I`d try again.

OK, you screwed up, it happens. Now apologize. But apologize just once. Make it loud, clear, short, to the point, and directly to those you trespassed against. Then move on.

Ooooooh...okay, so i hope I am not choosing the wrong place to ask, but it seemed appropriate. I am not shy about eating wild game, and have loved most everything I've had. My husband is going on his 1st quail hunt this month (actually, his 1st hunt, period), and with any luck, I'll have some little birdies to prepare. I have eaten quail at restaurants and loved it, just have never cooked it. I love to cook, and am pretty proficiant at it (I own & operate a catering company), but I would love to make something fabulous that would do justice to the uber-manly, testosterone-laden, hunter/gatherer-ness of my husband's "quail acquisition." So, folks, anyone have any fantastic quail recipes? Thanks in advance!
PS...My husband will be cleaning them before they make it home. I told him no faces or feathers in my kitchen, thank you very much!

When I was stationed in Korea, a friend and I ate at this little out-of-the-way "Chinese" dive. I was served this noodle and pork concoction, and frankly, it wasn't like any pork I have ever eaten!

a Chinese restaurant near my house, (have you eaten there cherry?) has been closed down more than once for serving kitty and doggie in place of chicken.
