Default What's for dinner?

I'm making some nice thick grilled steaks medium for hubby and medium rare for me along with homemade garlic mashed potatoes, salad with carrots/tomato/freshly grown alfalfa sprouts with a vegetable.

I will use the leftover steaks for homemade steak tacos the next night.

What's for dinner at your home tonight?

BBQ'd Alberta Beef baby. T bones. It's only minus 2 celcius outside so it's good weather to be BBQing.

I grill all winter, even in subzero temps. It takes a little longer to cook, but it's worth it!

We grow our own veggies in the summer, but during the winter months we are stuck with frozen or canned veggies. I miss the garden!

We BBQ all winter too. Done the Christmas turkey more than once that way. And Christmas here is definitely WHITE!
