I've been drinking the bottling gratuity from my wine making hobby tonight ... and although it needs to age a bit, I can report that it has the desired effect. (right at 14% ABV). This batch is dry - all previous batches of blackberry wine have been sweet. I usually like dry better, and I don't think this will be an exception.

Well, I wish you were here, then. We'd get you past that fear of calories (because we'd all run our butts off tomorrow ), then we'd get you feeling good, and talking. You'd feel even better when you were through. ... there's nothing like sharing stories over a bottle of wine - especially when you KNOW you're going to work those calories off. .

Okay, this sounds too good not to be shared...
If your lovely wife happens to be cooking up Gimm-Chi Tzee-Ghe, then I'll be right over with the desert and Apéritif!

It'd be impolite to say no, yes?... LOL...
That it would, my friend. That it would!
I absolutely LOVE Kimchee stew! It's probably better when it's a bit colder (and it's better on the second day than on the first, FWIW), but it never gets "hot" by the definition of most Americans where we live, so it ain't bad even in the mid-summer here . Unfortunately, that's not what's for dinner tonight, but it's not out of the question at our house .

I see your wife has taught you well! You know your Gimm-chi stew...yes, the second day thingy...aged to perfection...
I'm sure whatever she's making is very delish even if it's not my favorite so I'm coming over anyway.
Be ready to be entertained...I'll see you guys in about an hour! LOL!
