You mentioned in another post you have IBS. I have the same thing pretty bad. Suffer from it a lot. Do you have medication that helps? Doctor gave me Bentyl, it is supposed to relax the bowels, but you know, once you have a flare up, nothing helps.
What are your trigger foods? Mine are onions, seaweed (I cannot eat vegetarian sushi and I love it), my family, stress, when my hubby drinks, etc. etc., my family, fruit juice, my family, fast food, did I mention my family?
