I agree with this.... My biggest fear is not death...but me , husband or any of my children...being in a tragic accident that could leave us helpless... in the constant need & care of others for our feeding, bodily functions .... or getting cancer, Huntingtons disease, Lou Gehrigs disease, Parkinsons, MS ...the list is endless. A decline of health in a severe way - with no cure...... these are my biggest fears in life. With the health goes so much more.. often depression, constant pain, loss of hope, might as well forget about sex !

I can not think of anything more tragic than these things. I do not feel I could handle being in that situation or even being the caretaker of a loved one... ... too heartbreaking for me. I'd break.

Spiders... bring them on- so long as they can't paralyze me & cause me to get sick, they could crawl on me. Not afraid of snakes either, unless they are poisonous.

Spiders - they're another purpose for shoes, right?

Snakes, they don't bother me as long as they aren't in my house and they don't touch me. Venomous ones? Well, that's what my .38 Sp is for!!!
