Grind up cooked cauliflower in a food processor and use it as a substitute for mashed potatoes. Has no starch and half the calories.
Makes ya poot though.
Haha i would definitely have to baby step that one and hide the cauliflower in the potato before the full switch. Cauliflower has that really potent taste that unless covered with cheese sauce to hide it, i can't stand. Feel so bad that i will have to process veggies to hide amongst other veggies like a child. But that is such a good idea to get double the veggie serving. Do u add anything to the processed cauliflower, or are you straight out hardcore with it? Lol.
