Ecchinacea or however its spelled. Right now I've kind of come down with something, I bought Ecchinacea/gold seal complex, green tea, I'm also taking metabolism pills, so I've got a ton of antioxidants it my system blueberry, acai berry, raspberry ketones, theres green tea and cayenne in them too.
I also drink "sick tea" which is black tea with 2 tsp of honey, and 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar.
I pretty much overload on antioxidants, take twice the recomended dosage of ecchinacea, and eat warm soothing foods and drink tons of tea and water or juice. It's pretty tastey to mix cranberry juice and green tea too
I started feeling sick yesterday, got more sick last night, and by tomorrow morning I should be completely over it.
