I found this workout vid: Burn Calories [an AWESOME routine] - YouTube
and I LOVE it! It's from a company called Les Mills but on their website they don't distribute any videos. The online video is only 20 mins; i was hoping for something longer. Does anyone know of a cardio workout that is the same in tempo and style as this one, but is at least 45 mins?
They say dark chocolate also helps burn fat and gets you high! For me the 90% Lindt is like cocaine... so strong one square is enough vs. an entire bare of that waxy American crap.
You'll have to forgive me, I'm a chocoholic from birth and I only eat the good stuff.
Yes, I have noticed that I do not need to eat as much dark chocolate when I get that craving. Just one Dove, and I am satisfied. With milk chocolate, I keep going back for more and more and more.
You said you swish olive oil in your mouth for 5 minutes? WTF? I never heard of that. Was it nasty?
I finally did it. I walked on the treadmill today in my new super light toe shoes. I went slow since it has been so long since I worked out. I walked one mile but still worked up a sweat. The shoes were pretty cool. They are so light, it feels like you are barefoot but the bottoms are hard rubber so they bounce nicely with each step.
I plan on doing cardio for a few weeks to get my body in shape to hit the weights. I LOVE lifting weights. Got a whole professional set up in the basement, we bought it when we had money. After I hit the weights, I usually walk around like Fred Sanford for three days.
You DO NOT have to run to get all the benifits of cardio FYI. You could walk up an elevated treadmill for 30-60 min and burn the same amount of calories as running without the wear on your ankles, knees, hips, and back. As a general rule, try to get your heart rate up to 120bpm but keep the speed at a slightly fast paced walking distance. I do have to warn that this can put stress on the inner thigh muscles so don't neglect to stretch after.

I take offense to you having interest in my inner thighs! JUST KIDDING
Dark chocolate is the only chocolate I eat, I never go overboard. I get the individual DOVE wrapped dark chocolates. I suck on them until they are gone (like a hard candy, I know what you will write 2nd_time). Very satisfying.
I remember as a kid, when we would get the bag of assorted Hershey mini chocolate bars for Halloween at school, every single kid swapped my Mr. Goodbars with The Natural Darks. I cleaned up!!!!
No offence but Dove is sh!tty waxy chocolate. You've got to pay the price and go with Lindt at least, or some of the finer chocolates you can only find at health food stores. The Lindt 90% bar is bigger than Hershey's and for about $3 it's like the premium untouched Columbian nose candy of American chocolate.
Way back when STBX was my W I got her hooked on the good stuff every time she was "crampy" and got the truffels every chocolate excuse holiday, basically ruined her with the chocolate of the GODS. This stuff is so good that if you were to hold a piece in your hand for more than a few seconds it would start to melt. And with flavors like Swiss almond, chili, orange, mint, milk filled, white choc coconut, 70-90%, milky, and Vanilla bean it's blows that waxy air filled crap out of the park.
I've even made cheesecakes with this stuff and all the women ate it before the men had a chance to. Really p!ssed me off too because I wanted to eat what I had been slaving over but it was all worth it.

You know I just saw this 90% bar at the store the other day and I didn't grab it. I will go tomorrow and get one (or five).
Have you ever tried the Lindt dark chocolate with orange zest? It's amazing!!!!!!!!
And yeah I swish with lite virgin olive oil for about fifteen minutes a day before I brush my teeth. Now I don't know about the "miracle" properties of this exercise... it's said to pull bacteria out of the skin and clear up acne and heal cavities. Sound too good to be true?
I had a tooth that was grey from carries (tiny tiny cavities) and I watched over the course of a month it turn ligher and lighter and regain it's shiny surface. 100% healed! and my gums filled out more... I only found a few ADA studies that backed this up, but it is approved as an alterntive for flossing.
You wanna know the best part? The oil weakens plaque more than any pre brushing mouth wash I've ever tried and within a few weeks I had almost no stuck on plaque around the gum line. Usually you need a scraper to get rid of that but this works just as well.
Olive oil tastes like olives... now the reccomend sessame seed but it's NASTY! Go with whatever oil you like and just swish super slowly and let the oil soak every part of your mouth. Don't try to keep swishing because your cheeks will hurt. And if you feel like swallowing just drop your head foreward and take some breaths through your nose.

Honey, I've moved on from Lindt to the $7-15 bars from the health food stores. That stuff is like the fair trade blood diamonds of chocolate with add-ins like lavender, weird rain forest fruit, bacon, pepper, and extremely good coffee.... And there's tons more!
This is the stuff you melt down with the body heat of a fine woman as your passionate love making radiates and shoot into your veins. Then spend all night playing the bongos naked and watching Charlie And The Chocolate Factory. You'll trip your brains out on the paddlewheel boat scene!
