Ok you have to do that 6 days a week so hit it again the more hills the better try to avg 15-16mph or whatever works up a good sweat
11 mph (avg) is the best I can do right now. It's going to be awhile before I can get to 15-16 mph.
I don't know if I was sweating or not, it was raining, but I sure was breathing hard.
A motorcycle cop pointed his radar gun at me and smiled, which was a nice ego boost, then I took a tumble at a busy intersection and scraped my knee, which was a real ego bust, so I'm back in balance
Gonna have to take a couple of days off; right knee is acting up
Awesome og yr doing great what's going on with yr knee have you tried ice and Advil maybe back off on yr mileage try to get the sweat going and just go for 1 hour some days walk or use the eliptical plug in yr head phones and just go for it if u back down to an hour can you increase yr load or speed without hurting yr knee of course keep up the great effort Posted via Mobile Device
Thanks ITW - I'm going to try again tomorrow. I've had a bad right knee for a long time. I think it might be because I was born with a deformed left foot, so I rely too much on my right side. Whenever I do squats or lunges I can hear my knee popping and grinding. I've been taking ibuprofen, and I'm feeling better today.
I have been working out (for the first time in my life) for the past few weeks, having lost a load of weight first, must say I am loving it, I have a programme to work to, which my instructor has just increased it's about 1 and half hours a mix between cardiac and strength work. I have also stopped smoking this is day 4 I have never felt better, I am a big chap 4 foot 3 and very well built broad shoulders and all that, but I have never made the most of it till now

I can't really do to much right now but after this baby comes out i do plan on doing a bit more excersize like using the ab circle pro along with taebo, a bit of yoga, walking, using the treadmill, and hopefully hiking later on.
