Found an interesting site that helps with both finding exercises for different muscle groups as well as little videos and descriptions of proper technique/form:

Exercise & Muscle Directory

For example I wanted to see what I could do for my... umm rump:
Lying Hip Extension

I love the ExRx site. I actually bought their cd so I could have the data on my computer.

This morning was unusual. Felt extra ordinarily sore in my thighs, so really wasn't feeling up for biking this morning... but I did anyway.

I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't really psyched about biking for the first time in a while, or if I just wasn't paying attention but I biffed it and selected a shorter 20 minute workout with a constant difficulty (normally do hills).

Cal: 312
Dist: 6.07 miles

I felt like I cheated myself so I went home and since the dog was extra hyper (half Border Collie) and the air was so amazingly cool and clear I did a speed walk around the entire neighborhood (took about 35-40 minutes). It's a really hilly walk so speed walking (practically jogging) up those steep hills was a decent workout.

One cool thing that happened on the walk: it's a crystal clear sky today, yet when the breeze picked up it literally started raining because of all the water coming off the leaves from last night's rain.

Awesome! That's my whole motivation for exercise: weather zen!

Ok Yesterday was day 1 of power 90, weighed in at 203.

Tone: 45 Minutes of Power 90 - Approx 400 Cals
Cardio: 1.25 Mile Run - Approx 125 Cals

Didn't see any cool weather but apparently the neighbors 19 y/o houseguest makes the guest bed (ground floor, 15 feet from the road), in her lingerie with the shades open.

Didn't trust the heart rate reading after that one...

I'm not gonna lie to you guys; I'm totally off track right now. Lots of crazy busy family stuff going on. I'll get back on track Monday.

It happens to everyone. Don't guilt trip yourself, just consider Monday a fresh clean start and go from there.
