Agreed, I had to do a double take. A tad skinny for my tastes.

Anyway, the actual purpose of my post was that you can get the Crossfit WODs and posts on facebook daily. The usual posts are a bit more focused on Crossfit training.

Not sure exactly why (though I have a number of theories: lost an hour of sleep, had a big walk last night with daughter + dog, etc.) but I felt like my legs were bricks this morning.

Bike 20 mins, 226 cal, 5.24 miles

Ab crunches 4 of one set, 3 of another

Row (back) 5x8

Oh well maybe a good rest tonight is exactly what my body needs.

3. KETTLEBELL 15lb. 3 SETS
a. Rack Squat 8 ea.
b. Bent Over Row 10 ea.
c. Tricep Press 15
d. Double Arm High Pull 10
e. Russian Twist 10
4. Stretch

Conventional Deadlift plus Chains (ME3) -- Pyramid to 3RM, ~ 6 or 7 sets.

2 supersetted sets : ( 6 total sets of 3 )

Snatch Grip Deadlift (SE3)

Sumo Deadlift (SE3)

Romanian Deadlift (SE3)
)

DB Side Bends -- 2 sets of 20 each side ( heavy )

OMG! I feel like I've been hit by a TRUCK! I'm so sore EVERYWHERE! LOL! I just finished day 4 of my routine and I'm already noticing a difference. Is that possible? After only 4 days?

It's amazing isn't it? But yeah just a few days of serious exercise makes a difference.

Personally I like those little muscle aches... reminds me I got a good workout.

On the bike path this morning I saw a 14 year old kid jump off his skateboard to pick up a discarded soda can and throw it in the trash. I enjoy these little bits of hope when I come across them.
