Anyway, the actual purpose of my post was that you can get the Crossfit WODs and posts on facebook daily. The usual posts are a bit more focused on Crossfit training.
Not sure exactly why (though I have a number of theories: lost an hour of sleep, had a big walk last night with daughter + dog, etc.) but I felt like my legs were bricks this morning.

It's amazing isn't it? But yeah just a few days of serious exercise makes a difference.
Personally I like those little muscle aches... reminds me I got a good workout.
On the bike path this morning I saw a 14 year old kid jump off his skateboard to pick up a discarded soda can and throw it in the trash. I enjoy these little bits of hope when I come across them.
