I gave up chocolate and that lasted ... not long. Today I had toast, taco's for lunch and spaghetti for dinner. Doesn't look too healthy when I write it down. And three easter eggs. My daughter for some reason at 4 doesn't like chocolate It's ok, I'll pick up the slack Lol

Yep, I use a gym.

How did you like yoga?

This morning I've had: water, coffee, a banana and a granola bar.
I love yoga. Helps me stretch out and tone up.

I started Zumba early Feb. and love it. I love music & dancing so it's right up my alley; I'm doing it mainly to tone up, keep fit. They say you can burn anywhere from 600-1000 calories a session. When finished, I can't wait to take a shower but the energy I have is unbelievable. Some of the ladies in my class have lost 30+lbs in just months by doing it 3 days a wk for an hour.

I can't really run. My knees aren't so good.

today, Ima go on a bike ride by myself. It just finished raining and it's gorgeous outside

haven't eaten breakfast yet...just woke up and took the kids to school.

I hate running. So I never do. I get my cardio in other ways.

My bike is a 1950s replica with a basket I love it.

100 bucks at target. It was my christmas present 2 years ago!

Yea. My knees and boobs just don't like running. I do brisk walking though...good enough.

Yea, my boobs would punch me in the face the whole time. I have to wear 2 sports bras and still they hurt. LOL.

Wow. I blew it already. That's got to be a record. We had a Barbeque last night. I had several small beers, and the next thing I knew I was eating animal cookies by the handful

FOOD:
Go Lean Cereal & Milk 280 calories
Filipino food no idea how many calories

EXERCISE:
1. Warmup
2. Happy Hips
3. KETTLEBELL (15 lb)
a. Rack Squat 8 reps each
b. Bent Over Row 10 reps each
c. Tricep Press 15 reps (used 10 lb. KB)
d. Double Arm High Pull 10 reps
e. Russian Twist 10 reps
2 Sets today

WATER: 112 oz.

You're allowed to indulge as long as you do it in moderation and not every day.

What is your goal weight OG? Or are you just toning up? How tall are you if you don't mind my asking.

Thanks Jellybeans, but I have a hard time doing anything in moderation, except exercise Oh well, it's a new day, I'll try again.

My goal weight is 110, but I'd settle for 115. I definitely need to tone up (shhh, don't tell anyone, but I use to weigh 203 lbs).
I'm only 5'3" so I don't have a lot of room for error
