Anyone wanna work out?
I need motivation and am lacking it.
I want to start eating right again and getting some exercise starting Monday.
Anyone wanna join me? I mean, may as well start looking better
Summer is coming!
We could use this thread to post meals, exercise routines, progress...
Anyone?

Now you`re giving me a guilt trip.
I was sitting here rationalizing why I was going to skip the gym today when I clicked this thread.
You`ve destroyed my best rationalizations.

Woot! Then this is already working!
I tried to get back to yoga, but it caused some internal pain so Ima wait til Monday to try again. I have started logging my food today though. I haven't been eating too much but I have been in bed for 3 weeks!!! I'm not used to this and I feel puffy.
Have fun at the gym! I'm trying to talk Hubs into a treadmill so I can walk/run while the kids play at home. And I want some weights. maybe for my birthday

Do it while watching TV
That's what I want to start doing. Yoga while entertained. Or walking/jog on a treadmill.
Weights too. UGH! I just feel so blah lately! Laying in bed sucks! I wanna get hot.

Well, I get gassy when I work out, but hey, you're more than welcome.

Monday then! I will dedicate an hour a day for exercise and I wil be logging my food.
I want to lose 20 pounds. My last 20. I've already lost 30.

oh to be clear I WAS doing it while watching TV (by doing it I mean staring at my dumbells while sitting on the couch watching TV too - the dumbells were in front of the TV so I could see both simultaneously)

Ahh nice
My goal last year was to lose 50 pounds. I have maintained a 30 pound loss for 9 months now, even through all my crap.
But to lose my last 20 would be a dream.
so...anyone have any tips for working out? I may start doing p90x again. that was fun!

No worries. I'm used to heady aromas.
I live with two golden retrievers. They expell smells that God himself could not have created.

Just logging calories and some yoga.
I swear, myfitnesspal.com really saves my ass when it comes to nutrition.
I started logging again today. Havne't logged since surgery, but thankfully, haven't gained a pound either! but I'm sooo puffy feeling as I still can't do a lot of moving around. But i need to build stamina.

My gift to myself once I get down another 20 pounds is to get my teeth whitened.
Is that silly? I'd just like to...not like GLARING white, but whiter than they are now from smoking. Ew.
And maybe a spray tan. I want to wear shorts this summer but....my irish legs
LOL they are white white WHITE. I don't lay in the sun as I've had precancer skin cells and don't want to chance it.
vanity. Bleh. But I just want to be hot. My body has been a baby machine and a mother since 22 years old. Now I just wanna look good naked again. I want to blow hubs' mind....lol.
