I have this saying when I see a trailer for a movie and it looks so stupid I will say "you couldn't pay me to watch that piece of crap." Or even a TV show or reality program where I am positive I will not watch it, even at gunpoint, however, 9 out of 10 times I have been WRONG!!!!! Below are some movies and TV shows I was forced to watch (only because I was in the same room when H put them on, and found myself enjoying the hell out of them. And yes, H still ribs me about it:

Harold and Kumar go to White Castle (very rated R comedy, lots of swearing and dirty stuff, my kind of movie)

Super Troopers (which is now one of my favs)

The Deadliest Catch (I look away when they catch the crab, but I also got to know all the characters, their personalities, struggles with life and pain. It's like a man's soap opera)

Pawn Stars (they usually go into detail on old items and I end up learning something every time.

Back to the Future (1985 at the drive in)

There's a programme called Ax Men about loggers in the US - H used to love it and a I can't deny that I loved it a bit too heh heh

I cannot wait until the new season of Deadliest Catch! It looks like Jake (Phil's son) becomes a deck hand on Sig's boat. Also, it looks like Edgar is back. I love Edgar.

I cried when Phil died. Watching that show, you really get to know these people.

My favorite is when the Time Bandit lit all of those Chinese floating lanterns and shut off their equipment to freak Sig out. Seeing Sig saying over and over again, WHAT IS THAT? killed me.

I don't have an answer for you're original question, but I just had to pipe up and say I love Deadliest Catch too. I never miss an episode. You do feel like you get to know these guys.

I love the fact that they're so tough, yet wear their hearts on their sleeves. Remember when Johnathan tried to save that bird that got too far away from land and got injured?

I also like that they're so funny; pulling pranks on each other, joking around. I liked the episode where they tried to teach the greenhorn on the Time Bandit to talk like a pirate

Ok, to get back to the original topic, I thought Storage Wars looked really boring from the ads, but I watched a couple of shows and liked it more than I thought I would. Still don't think it's something I would watch on a regular basis though.

Sex and the City.

Never tried to watch it, at my friends house one day drinking coffee, and it came on the kitchen tv. I froze watching it and didn't move until the two episodes were over.

Theres also a show with Jennifer Love Hewitt in it, Ghost Whisperer I think. I never want to watch it, I think it's stupid, but I'll be damned it sucks you right in like there is no tomorrow.

Americas Next Top Model. stupid, so SO stupid if you ask me.
My now deceased ex SIL, used to watch it in marathons, and I'd end up with her soaked into it. Now I watch it whenever it's on, because it's almost like sitting with her again.
