I still tease her about that. | Reminded me of something: At one of the overseas stations, we had a guy, not known as one of the quicker of wit or speech, who was stuck in the snow in one of the ammo handling vehicles. He was just sitting in the seat, pressing the accelerator and watching the tires go around. The two of us who saw him decided we needed to go help him (these vehicles are not very large). He continued pressing and watching the one tire stuck in the snow as we approached.
When we got there, he noticed us, so he let off the throttle, took his hearing protection off with one hand, smiled at us, motioned toward the tire and said so sincerely in his drawl, "Fvcker's spinning."
We almost hurt ourselves laughing, and that whole scene got re-enacted numerous times during breaks, with the sincere smile, motion, the whole thing right before that little announcement of the root cause of the current problem ...
