Did the girls ever go through the "platform shoes" fad where you were? My gosh, some of those elevated the girls 4 inches or more.

Not for prom but I had platforms. Not proper 70's platforms but still, platforms. I wore a pants-suit to my date's prom. The only girl there wearing pants. Welcome to my world! It wasn't a business type of suit, but still, what was I thinking wearing trousers? Really long jacket/top thing that was sleeveless with a couple of buttons at the front. I wore a white lacy long sleeved fitted top underneath. It was unique, I'll give myself that.

Dang trying to find one with me in it... the downside of me almost always taking the pictures. LOL apparently I have a lot of pictures of the kids and my wife.

I'll try and scan our old wedding photo and put it up later.

OK some serious red eyes but I found one from 2002 (holding my two oldest kids):



Kind of weird to see me w/o a beard. This was taken at our old house in San Jose. That house was literally 100 years old at the time, and the kitchen looked like it was straight out of the 60's
