OK some serious red eyes but I found one from 2002 (holding my two oldest kids):
Kind of weird to see me w/o a beard. This was taken at our old house in San Jose. That house was literally 100 years old at the time, and the kitchen looked like it was straight out of the 60's
I was hoping to see one of you in uniform. Preferably before the Battle of Serenity Valley.

Yeah this was taken near the end of a large party, and we'd not cleaned up yet. We host a lot of parties (sometimes 30-40+ folks), and most of them have tons of kids... as long as the little ones can't reach the mess it's all good.
But yeah worrying about keeping everything perfect never made the guests more comfortable, so we don't sweat it.
I should run that picture through one of those red eye removers. For now just imagine green hazel. The funny thing is if you knew my last name... man you'd say those red eyes are perfect!

We have a huge Christmas party every year (been hosting since the first year of our marriage, with the exception of the year we moved to the east coast).
LOL any of you plan to travel around North Carolina in December... we'll shoot you an invitation. We tend to invite folks we know from all over. Neighborhood, kid's functions, church, friends, family... it's always lots of fun.

Some good looking kids! I think I have 20 yrs on you.
When I was a kid we use to drag race in downtown San Jose late at night. Long time ago, before downtown was rebuilt.
Thanks. The redhead is 13 now, and the one with the two little chompers on the bottom is about to turn 12.
Yeah SJ was so different back in the 70's and 80's downtown. I grew up (partly) in SJ near Milpitas. Really liked out there back then, lots of room to roam cow pastures, not like today at all.
They grow up fast and Ca keeps raising the college tuition rates.
Better be saving up!
I went to Berkeley then over to Palo Alto for my MBA.
Both my daughters are out of college and now working, still single.
Wow small world, I'm a Cal grad myself. I delivered newspapers at $tanfurd (lol I respect the school just had to play the rivalry card) when I went to high school (at Paly High).
We live in North Carolina now, and some of the state schools out here aren't bad tuition wise.
