Fashion question
I have a feeling this is like asking what wine goes best with a hotdog, but I have no fashion sense, so I'm going to ask it anyway:
Summertime, I usually wear T-shirts and jeans. Sometimes, I wear the short-sleeved pullovers with a collar and 2 buttons (hopefully, you know what I'm talking about. When I work in the office, I'll just wear shorts. I think this all changes what hat a slick-headed full-bearded guy guy chooses.
I think the fedora looks terrible unless I'm wearing long sleeves ... and usually a jacket. I don't like baseball caps unless I'm going to a baseball game, or fishing, or picking berries. The other style of hat I wear is a flat cap.
I'm unsure about the flat cap with a T-shirt ... I see other people wearing that, but it doesn't help me make up my mind on it.
What are your thoughts? Does a flat cap go with that? if not, what other styles would?

Sorry shy I'm at a loss. Pidge buys my clothes and most times lays them out for me. Not because I'm lazy or need to be mothered....it's because I'm color blind. I would go out looking like bozo if I picked my own clothes. LOL

I'm not colorblind, but I'm about as bad for fashion sense. When my wife and I go shopping, I make a joke with her where I hold up a shirt and ask, "Honey, do I like this?"
CLucas, these are flat caps, although there are only maybe 3 or 4 in that picture that I might wear. I may not have much fashion sense, but even I can see a few of those as gaudy

I can't remember the last time I didn't buy second-hand. I love the thrill of the treasure hunt. Today I wore an adorable paisley print silk flippy skirt that I got for $1.
SG, I think flat caps go with everything. My husband wears his all the time, with anything and I love it. It's sexy and it's classy imo.
ladyfrog I am a consignment freakazoid. Mostly because I don't like current styles all that much and because it allows me to afford clothes I'd never be able to afford otherwise. In a town by me we have a namebrand consignment shop that is two stories large and carries everything from BCBG Max azria to Coach but also has a vintage section. I actually don't spend more than a few bucks a year on clothes because I consign my clothes I'm sick of for credit and shop like every other week or so for fun. LOVE IT!
I'm also a a yard sale freakazoid for everything from furniture to the cages that house my kids' various pets.

I knew it! I could tell from your shop. You had tons of tempting finds for me there! Love your style!
