Indeed!

I am a shoe guy. In addition to having an assortment of dress boots, chukkas, hikers, and other special-purpose footwear (combat boots for example), I have about 10 pair of cowboy boots. Python, different colored Ostriches, different colored leathers (black, brown, black cherry, no red or pink LOL), lizards, etc. I have belts as well.

Boots are one of the few ways for a guy to show some style and wear exotics while not being thought of as effeminate or a dandy.

Ebay is my friend. I never pay full price for boots. I get the good Lucchese boots for 50-70% off. I regularly score Allen Edmonds for the same kind of discount.

I am on an ebay moratorium right now, LOL.

I usually don't wear them this time of year because I like to wear as little as possible when it is hot out, but today is a cool, windy day. Pants usually mean boots.

Of course the ones that get worn the most often are the beaters when I am actually out with the horses.

Women seem to like the cowboy thing, I've noticed. I just wear 'em because I like 'em though

Here's the belt that goes with the boots.

I had a challenge taking this one so it didn't look like I was trying to do something profane, LOL.

Nice! I haven't rocked that look since a couple years out of high school.... I'm thinking I need to expand my wardrobe.

I live in a cold climate, so I layer a lot 8 months out of the year. I wear a lot of Pendleton wool shirts, and a lot of Ralph Lauren and Orvis.

There is very little you can't get for a fraction of the new price off of Ebay. Why pay new prices when you can save a ton of money? One example-I got a brand new $450 Ralph Lauren sweater for $150 with the tags this last winter.

I layer too, but out mucking around out side, so my wardrobe is almost always leather work boots, jeans, a long sleeve thermal top, a short sleeve pocket T over that, and my very wore carhart jacket.

Not a lady magnet most days

That's me when I am doing ranchwork in the winter.

If I am going out or going to work, I style it up. Fortunately, I live in an informal area, and as I am the boss in a business with very little customer contact, I can wear whatever I darned well want to to work.

I hear you... Off the farm, it's usually slacks and button up shirts... Night and day... Funny story, I was leaving one morning way early, and noticed an animal out.... Not wanting it to move out where I couldnt see it, and maybe lose it, I just took the time to strip to my boxers and slip my boots on. It was late spring, so muddy still, and I didn't want to get the clothes dirty. I ran out, got the critter rounded up-it was 5am, and was walking back to the house when I heard gravel crunching and turned to see the neighbor walking up his driveway on the other side of my fence, about 20' away from me. I nodded to him, he nodded back, and started walking faster to pass me.

I think I scare my neighbors

Are you kidding? This is what ALL women where I live are specifically looking for... trust me, the guys dressed in outdoor work apparel have all the hot women lining up.

I have even considered giving up my nice lush well-paying office job in order to get my hands dirty and 1) feel like I'm accomplishing something real 2) attracting some gorgeous women.

If you moved here wearing that apparel, the dirtier the better, ladies would flock to you. Especially if you have a sh!tload of tattoos, have white framed shades and drive a diesel 4x4 with balls dangling from the trailer hitch.

Hmmmm....

No tats, but they like those and piercings here. Wife beater t shirts, Honda civics, and your medical mary jane card.

I definitely DON'T fit in much here
