the weather really does affect my moods, same with the amount of daylight. I would probably get suicidal if I lived in northern alaska

Sometimes I forget to squash my feelings and they all come to the forefront. After I hide them again, I do feel meloncholy. I am with ya Turtle! Saying "cheer up" ain't gonna cut it. Eat extra junk food today.
