What's your normal?

Are you willing to admit how many hours you spend here each week? Having been on as much because I noticed myself spending way too much time here. Was at about 22 hrs/week... now have it down to about 9/week. So on average, how much time do you spend here?

I honestly have no earthly idea... I log on and post throughout the day, read posts, show hubby some posts, ect when I can sit down and do so. Alot of times I'm multi tasking with kids, cleaning, cooking, ect while reading threads here lol. Never counted the hours I spend on here though. I know.. I should really pay more attention to how many hours i spend doing what... but most of the time I guess its to much effort/work to count it all out lol.

Maybe another factor to consider... I use my smartphone (tapatalk) and laptop throughout the week. When I'm comfortable behind the laptop... I'm log more hours on here.

Hard to tell. I do a lot of quick reads and posts during the day at work.

Tonight - has been at least a solid hour.

It depends. Some days I'm all over the board, some days I just answer folks who quoted me.

I try and at least say something smart once in a while.

I think earlier this year I was off for 2 months. Sometimes it's a few weeks. I'm usually lurking. At nite when my and hubby are out I can post.

Most of the time we get a debate going off here.

I don't know and I'm not sure I want to know lol.

The hours I'm logged in are probably way up there, but that's because I work at home and just keep TAM up on a browser tab all day on my laptop. If calls or faxes slow down, I check out a thread. If I post at all during the work day, it's usually short. Mostly, I go around 'liking' stuff (it's an addiction). If I'm really interested in a thread, I'll usually wait until evening so I have time to actually think through my reply.

I tend to do this with forums, go absolutely bat**** for a few months then tail off

from 4 PM through about 2 am fri.
6am through 2am sat. :/

I use to live here. I swear there was a cot in the corner with my name on it. Now I am here most days but nothing like I was when I first joined.Now I can take a day or two off.

If I even put the hours down, it would likely bother me cause I know I have an addiction to a freaking forum which is really stupid and I should be spending my time more wisely. We all have our vices in life I guess.

My laptop sits in my kitchen while I go through my day, this is mental stimulation for me. It beats watching soap operas or listening to talk radio, I used to do that alot in the past.

An hour in the morning and a couple in the evenings is my norm. I was a longtime lurker and spent many hours a day reading.
