I grew up with lots of time around phillipinos. NO ONE cooks like they do! I've watched blackened pudding be made, from the cutting of the pigs neck, to the sitting it out on the table. NO thanks!
As for liver, again, never would believe how yummy they can make it.... I literally could eat it as a full meal...
HOWEVER...
Being a rational, thinking person, I know what the liver does in the body, and would NEVER eat that nastiness. It's kind of like eating kidneys, but even worse, since the toxins actually build in the liver....
Imagine smooth, creamy peanut butter.... But made out of hazelnuts, and mixed with chocolate....
sigh....
Ya know, Jif makes it now too... I think I like Jif better. They have mocha cappuccino as well...My kids love Nutella, the Jif version, and cookie butter. OMG! Cookie butter...forget everything else...
