You know...you're sitting there at your desk posting on TAM.........eeeerrrrr working hard all day at your computer...........before lunch or a bit after lunch..............and your tummy is screaming "hey you......FEED ME!" (Well mine does anyway! ) So I'll grab a few peanuts, or some crackers to tie me over. Or I'll go grab 2 or 3 mini candy bars (they are ONE bite size) and we keep a container in our front office for "guests".

I'm all super healthy non-processed food gal of late, BUT --

there is one exception. When I'm on a road trip, I get to have a bag of Lay's potato chips. Lay's classic, no other kind. HEAVEN.
