I swear on my grandmother's grave, my ex-husband ate this while we were in China. He said it was some kind of delicacy to promote sexual health. Fortunately I wasn't present when he partook.
But I did ask, well, was it fileted or did you have it on a bun?

After that I started eating at a vegetarian/Buddhist restaurant GongdeLin near Tian-An-Men Square. I'd go with just my baby and myself, my hide-a-away. I quickly learned to say 我吃素, wo chi su (I eat vegetarian.) This solved the problem when we later visited a dumpling shop in Tianjin, that was located very very close to a funeral home/mortuary. :-o

When I was a teenager my dad and I used to help castrate and brand all my uncles spring calves. I got to be pretty adept with a pocket knife. I could castrate a calf in less than a minute and we would throw the balls in a big gallon milk bottle. Next morning we would dice them up and mix them with scrambled eggs and green peppers. I like them grilled too.

I have had Mountain Oysters. I had to prove this gal was as tough as the boys. Barely remember anything about them other then I could not think about what I was eating to get them down. Mind over matter or something like that

I want to try the putrified shark meat that they eat in Icland. You know they kill this certain shark, cut it up and let the meat rot in cases. Then they hang it in a barn for a few weeks an let it turn into amonia. Then you eat it with vodka.

I've had that! It's called Hakarl and actually smells worse than it tastes

It was really quite foul
