this weekend I hurt my neck/shoulders pretty bad while moving a poker table up and down the basement
tried to tough it out yesterday but this morning I was way too stiff, so I grabbed one of my wife's muscle relaxers and took it after my commute and told everyone at work I wouldnt operate heavy machinery
