I've had a great Friday morning thus far. Driving in, it was clear and beautiful along the lake, the mountains on both sides were visible and THE mountain just glowing in the morning sun when I was in position to see it. It's 61 degrees at 9:00 so it looks like we will hit 70 today!!! (Shoulda worn the shorts to work). It's shaping up to be a beautiful weekend.
Then I looked at facebook, and one of my friends took this picture in her garden. This is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I had to download so I could reshare!!!

I don't have to get up tomorrow either. We're going to be cuddled up in a hotel room, probably hung over after the football game, and have NOWHERE we have to be. We're staying Sat night too, so all we have planned for Saturday is to find an outdoor patio somewhere and drink beer.
WOOT! My class just had their culmination ceremony. We are DONE! Next week is 2 days of field trips and we're done! SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMA!
This year, I had a student who was a sister of 2 boys I had in previous years (2002 and 2004). Well, I just held her brother's 5 month old baby boy. LOVE! He's 21, married and starting a family.
That's good shet right there. I had him 10 years ago and he's doin ok. Proud moment for me
