I am not kidding at all when I say that 96 or so in Vegas with no humidity was nothing. Quite comfortable.

Curious for some of the others on the board in mild locals like Cali and Oregon (England too?) have you been to a place with heat and high humidity? Not being a macho d!ck about it, just curious.

We do get heat, but when it was 116 a couple years ago fur two days running, the humidity was probably less than 25%.

I agree with you, it is nasty. I could never live in that kind of climate.

LOL. Yeah a mid July SE Missouri day will get you. I know your pain. 98* with 80% humidity will thwart any shower. You need another as soon as you step outside.

I have a wireless mouse, but something transmits on the frequency with enough of a signal that it doesn't work.

I'll have to try it again...

Seriously! Get a Razer DeathAdder mouse ... just let that Parrot try to bite through it. Talk about an Angry Bird ....

I'm only kidding. I ordered the DeathAdder mouse because I needed a precision mouse, and was surprised by the heavy duty cable. Most wireless mice trade off precision to save battery life.

Pair it with a Saitek Eclipse III keyboard, and you have every science fiction writer's perfect setup. I quit writing for a long time until recently, but still get emails about my wierd superstitions when I write. Now, I have a mild muscle disorder that requires special settings on the mouse and keyboard if I write more than a few minutes.
