Just repaired my mouse cable. With a random bit of wire!
Our parrot bit through one of the wires in the lead, so I was able to repair it using a random bit of wire taken from a plastic coated bag tie!

Pidge doesn't like them either. I had a logitech I loved. I'm mostly on a laptop now and using the damn touchpad.

Wireless desktops are da bomb. And for some reason I feel like an anomoly that I prefer microsoft mice and keyboards.

yes, because I have this big plastic box thing which has slots for batteries of all different sizes and my OCD means I have to fill it whenever I use one

For desktops, most high end gaming mice don't come in a wireless versions, but many have kevlar insulated cords. Always wondered why ... maybe most gamers have parrots?
