I thought the guest was being extremely naive by suggesting that folks be notified and just stay indoors if Google/Apple are mapping your area aggressively.

Personally I think that Google/Apple should be expected to write software that makes identifying people or their body parts impossible. Overly pixelate the bodies or block them out... doesn't matter really so long as they are unidentifiable.

With all the surveillance cameras everywhere, even red-light cameras, hard to get away from prying eyes.

I agree with Hope -- so what?

It's like the periodic panic over peepholes in dressing rooms and gas station bathrooms -- hell, if the best they can do is to look at my middle-aged ass, then God bless 'em.

To me it's not really about nudity... it's about big brother. I don't think folks should be tracked unless they've given the authorities considerable and extensive reason to do so... and even then only the authorities should have access.

I don't do anything exciting, and certainly nothing criminal... but my life is mine and should by no means be able to be tracked by others.

It shouldn't be a matter of public record where I was at anytime. My whereabouts are my business.
