oh and as for the Olympics, I'm a little bit 'bah humbug' about the whole thing. I live about ten mins from the Olympic site, traffic is chaos anyway, the tube is like a cattle truck on the best of days and it's going to be a nightmare

but at least you can wave at me when you watch it!!

I should know this, but when are you due Gaia?

I heard someone say a long time ago that we accidentally eat like 50 spiders in our lifetimes by them crawling into our mouths when we are sleeping. Needless to say, this info still freaks me out and I don't know if it's true or not.
