Yeah, I've watched the preceding eps. I'll try to stick, but being almost halfway... I figured there would be more storyline than there is.

Adult swim was cruel. They showed the wolf foot dying episode then cowboy bebop "church" then the last wolfs rain.

It was a hurtin ass nite.
I know what you mean. Luckily there's a ton that can be streamed for free (I haven't watched any on netflix).
I don't like waiting every week to watch the new episode. I like watching them all at once. Or if series is over or if it's far enough ahead and I will never catch up to it.

I'm going to try to get a marathon going to see if I can knock most of them (wr) out this evening.

I was telling my husband about this as I was typing, and we started going down the line of "worst" episodes.

Wolf foot
Cowboy bebop "in the rain"
Col huges
The last few minutes of wolfs rain

Matusda
The starfish
Angel (angel beats)
That's not doing much in convincing me. lol. And my marathon was a whole two eps, fell asleep. Resuming after some breakfast.

I've been watching them mostly (is that a word?...) in the evening. I'm on 20.

Yeah, kept me awake for a bit. So, I'll admit it was good. Now you have to watch Code Geass, lol.

Now, you can go...
funny/action - Lupin the Third
Full action - Golgo 13...
Or if you're man enough, try to get through Clannad without shedding one tear...

I did see it. I couldn't even watch and went to sleep. I think I watched eureka 7 instead.

Right now we are in the middle of Asian drama "lie to me/tell me lies/sweet scandal".

I have see so much stuff since then. I don't know I could go back. It's like watching fist of the north star.

I saw it years ago in the 80's, but if I tried to watch it now...?, no way could I have the patience.

Wondering did you see death note first or at the same time????

And (((hugs))) wolfs rain

Go watch a funny one. Did you check into the ones I suggested??

Try
Maid sama
My sister can't be this cute
Dusk maiden of amnesia
NHK

These are very clam and not flashy and not sad and a little funny.

Take some time before clannad. I recommend welcome to the NHK.
I actually don't remember, think I watched dn first. It was great but I love love love cg. I was re watching claymore when I started wr so gonna finish that. Then I'll check your other recommendations.

I made it through wf without any tears. So I should be okay. Then again I didn't make it through code geass. 50 eps... I shed 3 different times.

The first and last anime I've watched was "Speed Racer", back in 1970 or so. Forever and irrevocably turned me off Japanese animation.

What was Speed Racer about? I was never quite sure ...

But I was 8, so I went around even more puzzled than I do now.
