Default Any boaters here?

What kind of boat do you have?

I use to have a Dixie Super Skier 299!! Sweet little fast ski boat, but I sold her when I was pregnant.

Now that my daughter is 6, it's time to get another boat. I'm looking at a Crownline Cuddy Cabin on Saturday. It has a stove, sink, potty, bed in the cuddy. On deck it has a table with cup holders!

Really looking forward to getting on the lake again (and not just in a tent).

Me - I spend as much of my spare time as possible on the water. Been running boats since I was 10 years old.

Currently I have more boats than sense.

A little 17" ski boat came up for sale on the classifieds at work yesterday, I am piqued... though don't think I could tow it with my car... too much committment for just me I think. My brother has his 12" Lund stored at my place, but I would prefer one for cruising and riding behind. Maybe something to pick up girls in bikinis with

I love Dave Barry's essay on being a boat owner:

Dave Barry Talks Back - Dave Barry, Jeff MacNelly - Google Books

"Fascinating fact: seawater is very bad for boats!"

Just sold my Bass Boat 2 weeks ago.

I'll get another some day, just not now.

OK, you screwed up, it happens. Now apologize. But apologize just once. Make it loud, clear, short, to the point, and directly to those you trespassed against. Then move on.
