Default Cell

Where do your loyalties lie? What are you carrying in your pocket/purse? Why do you love/hate what you have? etc

Apple, Android, Blackberry, Nokia or non-smartphone from the prehistoric ages. And while at it, mention your carrier.

Android.... It's rootable!

I'm on Verizon. started with them when google launched Android in 09.... Got the unlimited data plan, which is now grandfathered in, and a screaming price... $10 per month for unlimited data.... Can't beat that!

Makes sense. I only get along with fellow Android users. Kidding.

Guess I should mention mine, to get things rolling. Android with a Motorola Triumph on Virgin Mobile. Exceptional rates and good coverage where I am. Also, have decent selection of new phones now (Dual core devices & now carrying Iphones).
Love Android because it's open source and Google has great services/technology. I tend to root (hack) my device, so I have many additional perks.

Can too. Jumped on Virgin Mobile before they upped their rates. I'm grandfathered in with $25/month with 300 min, unlimited everything else (data, web, text etc). I hardly use minutes, but if I ever get close... I have use my Google Voice number with GrooveIP (VOIP). Makes calls from my data connection, which is unlimited. But even with current plans $35 (300 min, unlimited data)/$45 (1200min, unlimited data)/$55 (unlimited min, unlimited data)... it's a steal.

I have what is called a uh, samsung curve or something like that?

Pre-paid at&t and I bought a 2year warranty with it. costs 50 bucks a month, and I can use internet on it, take and send pictures, have fancy ringtones and apps to an extent..its just not a "smart phone" I consider it as more of a B- C student.

I love my phone. It does what I want it to, it's seen some abuse, it fits nicely in my boobs when I need it to in the club and its not obnoxious. Smart phones are cool and all, but unless I really needed a twitter or to facebook at every possible moment of the day, I see no need for all that or to pay extra for Data. and At&t gets reception everywhere verizon doesn't out here.

Now I have to bring you to the light aka Virgin Mobile. But really, I'm serious. Look at my other post ^^^^^.

Gaia, tell your husband too peek at VM. And no, I don't work for them (just love great deals/options)... BUT I'm in the process of writing/filming a "commercial" for them and sending it in. They need to up their marketing. So maybe you'll see me on the tube, I'll make sure to send TAM a shout out.

Crackberry - powered by Cricket. Not bad at all for the costs. Some days I'd like a more cooperative phone - the freezing (haha it just froze as I typed that!) And the more recent problem of shutting down and refusing to reboot for several hours - has me looking at other phones... But for now I'm stuck with it... And I could do a lot worse.

Yeah, like an Iphone. Apple owners must think we bite, because I know there are some out there. I should saved this for tomorrow when everyone was done with work and not sleeping.

Top up card or did you use debit/credit? I agree their customer service stinks, but besides that it's great. Who needs CS when you have occasionallybaffled to answer all your mobile needs?

[only cause you laughed about it first]. Saved card info or input every month? I put it in fresh each month, just my preference. Haven't had any issues, yet. Did you ever get credited for charges?
