You can mention names, it's ok. I think Draconis is speaking out of concern for your privacy.
Some people on the site use it for an anonymous place to post about their problems - not wanting friends, relatives or co-workers to be able to recognize them.
Others might be concerned about privacy from the standpoint that there could be "online predators" who might "stalk" them or something. I hear about that stuff on the news a lot, but I don't think it happens that often. I mean, when you think about all of the people who post on forums around the internet... what percentage have been stalked
probably not many.
Anyway, I'm probably about the biggest wierdo here due to the fact that I spend about 10 hours a day in front of the computer!
