Tell me about your pets? How many, what Kind etc..

I have 2 dogs and a foster dog.
I volunteer with an all breeds doggie rescue group and keep dogs until they are adopted...

I live in the city and although I would love to have dogs again there just isn't room here for them so it would be unfair for them. So we have a very old cat that we got from the shelter when she was young.

I have a black lab (named Champ, after my husband chartering boat business) and a garfield-looking kitty (named Thomas). The cat gets on my nerves ALL the time. Champ is a big sweetheart who lick ya to death if you let him.

Thanks for sharing pictures of your pets. I love labs, such sweet friendly dogs.
I have a Golden Retriever, and a yellow lab mix, and my foster dog is a black and tan coonhound.Seems that I prefer the bigger dogs.

I also dogsit out of my house, so its common to find 6 or 7 dogs(Inlcluding mine)during the holidays and such. Ive been dogsitting for 13 yrs. It gives me a little extra money, and we all have fun with the dogs.

I have alot of family pets, cat, dog, bird, and a fish.
Plus I have a baby Red Ear Slider turtle at my appartment. Maybe soon i'll post some pictures.

We have four cats: Fifi, Mimi, Topaz and KC. My husband found them out in a feed yard about 4 years ago.

I have a mixed breed (mostly hound) female rescue named Pepper. She is a sad sweetheart who just wants to be loved. Kind of like me

Unfortunately, I am beginning to resent her because my wife and I got her because we thought it would make my wife happy, but I am the only one takes care of Pepper, and I am the only one that plays with her. She loves me more than my wife. All of which is a burden to me since I didn't want a dog in the first place. Just another thing I thought I did right that turned out wrong.

I have two dogs, Labrador and Dalmatian and one parrot bird. i named the first dog chuck and the second one bwee .my bird's name is gween.^_^

I have two cats, Reno, a black one I got at the humane society in Reno, who chews all the phone, tv and stereo system wires. and a grey one named Smokey who used to open every door in the house so Reno could go in and eat the wires. We have recently however, just changed all the knobs on all our doors so Smokey can no longer open the doors, now we just need to figure out a way to protect all the wires out in the open. We're still keeping our fingers crossed Reno stays off the table where our PC is at that has cords and wires all over it!!

I have an old chocolate lab who was so spastic when she was little. She's calmed down so much. She's pretty feeble and the highlight of her day is dinnertime. I love her to death. It's gonna kill me when it's her time to go.

i bought my own horse just over 2 years ago. she is 13 and called tara , her proper breed name- goriterfach tara (welsh). i enjoy her to bits and we have an alsation (german shepherd ) dog 2.5 years old, called cola. he is a fantastic guard dog, good with the children. but as you learn with these dogs, they never leave you alone for a minutes peace.

This is fun! Fortunately I live on a farm, so I have plenty of pets. I have 13 horses, 1 llama, 3 cats, and 1 red-footed tortoise. I wonder if all of that had anything to do with my husband moving out! LOL!

My 2.5 yr old puppy has been such a blessing to me. When i first moved states with my HD and all my relationship drama started to unfold, my puppy was the only reason i got out of bed some days. She's a pound puppy that came with a load of issues. She took a lot of work and it was good therapy for me. I got the kitty to keep her company. They are adorable together.

i agree, they give you a sense of belonging and a reason to get out of bed. especially when you dont want to get out of bed and you have to let your horse out the morning.oh and muck out. but its fun.
