The House is Democrat, which is all it takes for him to be impeached. Now with the Senate being Republican, it's very doubtful that the impeachment would actually lead to his removal from office.

I'm not sure they will even take the vote to authorize sending articles of impeachment to the Senate.
It's lose-lose for Pelosi if she allows the vote.

It would likely fail and they'd have to get back to the business of the American people; something they have very little experience doing.

They will vote, she has to as she can't afford the blowback of another impeach drama without impeaching. Pelosi and gang impeach the senate doesnt. Then a brief intermission before the next scandal of the century to distract everyone.

I really don't think so!

You mean like the over 400 bills passed this session that McConnell isnít allowing votes on in the Senate?

It feels to me like a House vote on articles of impeachment is inevitable at this point. The only question is when.

She can't afford a vote either.

There are different types of smarts. Trump is smart at something to get this far.

Re: Democrats against impeachment

The problem is that Democrat lead House cannot back out of the impeachment process now, it would propel Trump toward a certain win in November 2020. So, even if the House votes to impeach and the Senate acquits, it hurts Trump more than it helps in his re-election.

I personally donít care either way. I think his move to abandon the Kurds is far worse than his idiotic attempt to dig up dirt on Hunter Biden. If his opponent felt compelled, there is plenty to dig up on javanka, don jr and Eric

I am glad that Pelosi is doing the right thing at the right moment.
