That's a good idea. Or, say "didn't know you were coming since you didn't respond...so we're having take out...Chinese or pizza?"

We are in the sticks here, nothing delivers. We do have frozen pizza and salad for them. We are having filet mignon, so we’re ok BIL is vegetarian, so if they’re not coming we’re eating meat.

I don’t get involved my wife’s relationship with her family, plus BIL is my pot dealer.

Are they at least bringing the pot? Sheesh, if you're going through all of the trouble of feeding them, the least they can do is bring the herb.

And @TheDudeLebowski, you now have me wondering what the hell dead skunk smells like. I always thought pot smelled "earthy".

The good stuff smells like a skunk that's been driving around in and working in diesel engines all day. That and and little earthy I suppose

I saw a skunk 3 days ago in my neighborhood. I've seen more and more opossum and armadillo road kill lately as well. They seem to be on the move through DFW. Of course this means we will have more coyote sightings and great horned owls swooping down taking people's pet Chihuahuas.

If my devils are to leave me, I'm afraid my angels will take flight as well.

Lmao. I'm telling you I STILL smoke it. I'd do it more often if it didn't give me the munchees. Can't afford the calories from munchees at my age.

Good pot, great mountains and scenery. Hope to visit soon, solo of course. On the trail somewhere looking for a squatch

It's beautiful here. Unfortunately, I have never seen a sasquatch.

This song hit me pretty hard...

I can see why. Song is quite poignant and your study of the language would make it more so.

I, too, feel lost at times and think most folks do. You have had curious news, but you are strong, courageous and a survivor. We are the sum of our experiences, our culture, our beliefs, our gains and losses. Hang in there!

You are either a mystic, or are soon to be.
