I recommend you take arnica 3 times per day until it's better or rub arnica gel directly into the affected areas.

Heat and ice. Go back and forth. 5 minutes or so each. This will promote bloodflow. Just a couple times per day. Loads of water as always. Other than that, just take it a bit easy altogether. I've seen where people have a sore left arm or whatever, then overwork their right arm because they aren't really resting. They are still doing the same stuff every day, just putting all the workload on your arm that isn't hurt. Next day they are walking around with two sore arms as a result.

If my devils are to leave me, I'm afraid my angels will take flight as well.

@EllisRedding is here!!!

Tie him up and throw him in the TAM closet so he can't get away.

At least, not until he's posted 5 funny memes.

Man down!

Or at least I thought he was.

I took my photos, then poked at him to see if he was going to be a new specimen, and he pepped right up and few away.

We killed the leader of ISIS.

I don't rejoice over anyone's death, but this is clearly a good thing that he is gone. Hopefully someone worse will not rise up to take his place.

Re: What's on your mind - Part 2

What's on my mind is how ****ing pissed I am right now. And I'm getting over being really sick and still feel like **** so that's not helping. This was a vicious mutant nasty bug that knocked me on my ass to the point that I asked my husband to just take me behind the barn and put me out of my misery. And we don't even have a barn!!!!! GAH!!!!

I hate the politics and religion sections here. They get too heated and escalate too quickly and people I care about take it all too seriously. And I hate to see people I otherwise admire being hubristic and casually cruel and callous to one another. It's disappointing and infuriating.

And I'm ****ing upset that @TheDudeLebowski self banned again. It makes me sad and angry.

I'm just fit to be tied and cussing mad at the world right now!!! And I hate it.

@Curse of Millhaven the only way to go is up. So sorry for your terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. Can you think of three pretty good things?

I would not have known what had happened to Dude without you. I've been really melancholy because of the sudden death of a long time friend. It makes the rest of life complicated.

Through your compassion and empathy you are absorbing the upsetting emotions of others? I'm sending you caring vibes.

Re: What's on your mind - Part 2

I don't know why but it was warm in our bedroom last night, so my wife took off her top and and PJ bottoms. It was after 11pm and we both really needed to get some sleep, but there is no way I can sleep with a practically naked W next to me, so I made her put her shirt back on lol.

I'm bringing the pudding pops!

She took off her top and bottoms and still was not naked?

She'd be cooler with the bottoms on and top off.

I could give up chocolate but I'm not a quitter.

She still had her underwear on. Typically if she is in bed and gets hot, she will keep her top on and just her underwear on the bottom, which when she does this she knows I will likely start messing with her (she has to give me the "this is not an invitation" heads up when she does this if she really needs sleep lol). No top and just undies, "this is not an invitation" ain't gonna cut it. Once she threw her shirt back on I slept like a baby

I was thinking she had socks on, you know like in 1970's Swedish pornography where the actor were not allowed to be naked.

Re: What's on your mind - Part 2

Just got my flu shot at work. For the first time in a very long time, I had to think about which way Id rather sleep for the next few days...facing towards my boyfriend and snuggling or facing away and spooning. It was a tough choice that Im very happy I had to make
