Have you ever gotten a girl using solely your car? I personally haven't, but I found that its definitely better to have a nice car than a beater.

What do you guys think?

Also, if you've been successful getting a girl using solely your car. Let's hear some stories!!!

Re: Do cars get girls?

Up until my old age I used to own a BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac, Saab Turbo, Mustang Cobra, Acura, Aston Martin, Datsun 240Z and a lot that I cannot remember right now. Some I bought and others my company paid for. I was in a line of work where I had to impress the clients who trusted their business to me. None of my sex partners asked about my car. They only saw it when we left the place where we met. I do not think it is the car that attracts them, but rather what the car says about its owner. In my 50 years of sexual activity, I have found that the following attract women. Even then you need more than one or two thing to keep them.

- high income
- nice house
- intelligence
- good sense of humor-
- great personality
- being an alpha male which would includes athletics, military and similar
- power
- celebrity
- car
- your clothes and the way you dress
- Gold Rolex or similar.

A car can only take you so far, but girls into cars are just into being seen in the car, not the driver. You need more than a flashy car. Most girls want an alpha male. There is no getting away from genetic programming.

If a man loves a woman’s soul, he will end up loving one woman, but if he just loves a woman’s body or face, all the women in the world will not satisfy him.

Which you've posted twice, in the same section.

Post up more, in more detail, if you don't want to appear in a negative light.

My obsession (hobby) is rebuilding classic cars. In about 2 months I will have finished a Porsche 914. The color? Arrest me red.

I will let you know in 2 months if it's a chick magnet!

I had / have most of these - except the Rolex and the Aston Martin. "Getting the girl" is more a function of the social circle you frequent and the prevailing mindset within that a circle versus the material goods themselves.

Case in point. My Mini Cooper wouldn't stand a chance with the PTO moms around here because they all drive cars costing two to three times as much, and have similar houses. The bar scene is a bit too young for my taste, and OLD has its own issues with target population.

Big trucks help seal the deal for the fun girls. And they're great for having sex in or receiving road head, no one can see in. I love my F-250 on 35"s with tinted windows!!

I have a minivan. I drive past kids' games and pick up all the soccer moms.

Re: Do cars get girls?

This is why I like living in big crowded cities with good public transportation. You don't need a car then.

This is the problem with the way the US is arranged. If I lived in one of these "suburban" towns where you are a prisoner in your own home without a car, then yes, I probably would judge a man by his car. Hopefully, at least, you have a clean and reliable car to drive. In college, I dated a guy who had a TR6 -- remember those--, he told me he was starting to like my little reliable Honda Civic. He, on the other hand, was starting to get on my nerves.

Someone also told me that in the dating game in the US, there is the expression "GU." Geographically undesireable. That is, someone who lives way out in West Hell. It would make even the most chivlarous man think twice about providing transport for the date.

In answer to the OP, you may not want the kind of woman who judges you solely by your car. Then again, you just might.

Do cars get girls?

I agree with @NextTimeAround - there are definitely girls that will literally leave your seat wet if you drive them fast in a nice car - had friends with that experience - but they are looking for and best suited to guys who prefer to hit it and quit it.

Never did that. I met a girl and picked her up in a beater vw bug that I traded for a $75 car radio. Her sister was scared of her getting in the car. We've been together 35 years

Do what YOU want. If you like who you are, are fun and cheerful, it will come off as confident and girls will want to know why you're so happy with things. It's true for both sexes. Happy "together" people are attractive because it makes others want to know more about what you are doing that is so much more interesting than their life

Re: Do cars get girls?

Yes cars get girls.Probably not the type you want to spend the rest of your life with but for a few weeks of fun they work out fine.A guy I worked with with in Germany bought a Bugatti Veyron,he would find women standing around it when he parked and at least once every couple of days someone would have left her number under the wiper blade.

Re: Do cars get girls?

I doubt the serious sincerity of this post, but I'll give a serious answer anyway.

Answer, yes--sometimes, but...

Any girl who would get into my car strictly because of the car is not a girl I would want to spend time with.

Re: Do cars get girls?

IF I was rich (which i'm not), and single (which I'm definitely not!), i'd show up to the first date in a less than top of the line, older car (which I DO have). Leaving the 'good' car(s) in the garage at home. If her nose turns up, then b'bye.
