Book recommendations

I just broke up with my boyfriend and Iím not feeling good about it. I suffer from low self esteem. I am on vacation for a week, and I was looking for some book recommendations that will help inspire or motive me, or anything that will help me get out of this funk and start feeling good about myself.

Re: Book recommendations

From your POV, why did you two break up? that may help in the selection of the book.

Re: Book recommendations

Google: exploringyourmind.com--not a book, but an explanation of self-esteem that I enjoyed. Go to self-esteem at the bottom of the page. Then, each of the 5 available pages has article on SE and other good stuff too.
